Cumming Group provided owner’s representation and project management services for the renovation of an existing 140-year-old distillery located in Nashville, TN. Registered with the Metropolitan Historical Commission, the 30,000 sq ft project included new office space, the addition of a restaurant and private event space, a full retail shop, and a private tasting room for guests to enjoy after touring the process areas. Our team also provided oversight for the extensive redesign of the distillation process and equipment.
