PMO Risk Management Review
Cumming Group provided strategic risk management services to Scottish Water in support of their SR21 Capital Investment Programme (2021–2027), a £5.8 billion initiative delivering maintenance and improvements to water and wastewater infrastructure. The programme supports Scottish Water’s strategic ambitions of Service Excellence, Going Beyond Net Zero Emissions, and Delivering Great Value and Financial Sustainability.
With over 2,500 planned projects across communities, the programme aims to improve drinking water quality, protect the environment, and support growth.
