Cumming Group provided project and cost Management services on 3 separate projects as part of the €5.5 million renovation of this 22 storey central Oslo hotel.
The scope of works included:
Full refurbishment of 120 bedrooms and bathrooms on floors 18-22.
Public area refurbishment including the Breakfast Restaurant, Bar and 26 North Restaurant, Meeting and Events areas including ballrooms.
Full refurbishment of 144 bedrooms and bathrooms, including corridors and circulation spaces spread over 6 floors.
The project adhered to a strict demolition programme and was successfully completed and handed over on time and budget with immediate occupation.
