Cumming group successfully delivered the renovation and rebranding of Radisson RED Oslo City Centre, A Verified Net Zero Hotel, managing the project on behalf of Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS and Radisson Hotel Group.

Completed between October 2024 and July 2025, the project included a full transformation of 118 guest rooms, all public areas, M+E upgrades, and a new gym. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and basement meeting rooms were redesigned to reflect the bold, playful energy of the Radisson RED brand.

Our team provided project management, cost management services for both landlord and tenant, FFE procurement, site monitoring, and inspection, ensuring seamless delivery and coordination throughout the project.

The hotel now stands as one of the first two Verified Net Zero hotels globally, demonstrating Radisson Hotel Group’s commitment to sustainable hospitality. Powered entirely by renewable energy and featuring low-carbon operations, the property sets a new standard for climate-conscious travel in the heart of Oslo.
