Cumming Group provided Cost and Project Management services for the redevelopment of ‘The Royal Irish Academy of Music’ on Westland Row, Dublin 2. Situated in Dublin’s historic Georgian Quarter, this transformative project redeveloped the 170-year-old campus and provided the Academy with a state -of-the-art facility. The project includes a new build behind the existing Georgian block, a 300-seat recital hall with concert level acoustics, a large library tiered lecture hall and research facility and 76 teaching and research rooms as well as office space.
