Cumming Group was hired to provide move management services for RTI International, an independent nonprofit research institute, during their office reorganization and restack at their Research Triangle Park campus in North Carolina. The project involved an extensive change management and communications plan for RTI employees as they moved into three new buildings. Understanding the client’s goal for restructuring the workplace setting, Cumming Group played a pivotal role in facilitating aspects of this endeavor, particularly focusing on creating a move matrix for space programming, all within a tight three-month deadline.
