The development involves refurbishing and extending an office building with two additional storeys to create 684-bed student accommodation, On-site facilities will support students, featuring communal spaces, a gym, podcast studio, event room, and a mix of individual and shared study areas. The project is targeting BREEAM and Fitwel certification to ensure sustainable design.
