Indurent Park Burton is a mixed-use development which will provide 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial space, alongside the construction of 660 residential units, 54 acres of new woodland and 83 acres of open landscaped parkland. Cumming Group was appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant to oversee the construction of Unit 1, a speculatively built 83,700 square feet industrial warehouse unit including 3,700 square feet of office accommodation.
