Cumming Group is providing project management, employer’s agent, and cost management services for Winfield Court at The Island Quarter.

This phase of the regeneration masterplan will deliver 693 mid-spec student bedrooms, including both clusters and studios, alongside significant public realm enhancements. The development aims to provide a secure, comfortable, and practical living environment for students, while fostering a sense of community through the improved public spaces surrounding the site. The project will contribute to the growth and connectivity within The Island Quarter.
