Cumming Group was appointed to oversee the construction of five speculative industrial units ranging from 22,000 to 75,000 square feet which provided much-needed and highly sought-after space at the 400-acre, mixed-use Trentham Lakes development. This phase of the development was completed in 2020 and follows on from previous schemes project managed by Cumming Group, including Trentham Trade Park 2 and a 310,000 square foot expansion of the nearby Screwfix facility.

Cumming Group are currently overseeing the construction of a further three industrial and logistics warehouses at the site, which range in size from 53,000 to 94,000 square feet.
