Bonnie Daniels serves as Cumming Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. In her role as CHRO, Bonnie has focused on building an agile HR organization ready to serve the needs of a rapidly growing international firm. Her global responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HRIS & HR Operations, culture and administration, and Workplace Inclusion.

Bonnie brings a wealth of expertise in helping companies scale effectively, including through mergers and acquisition. Her background includes officer, SVP, and VP roles in public, private, and family-owned businesses in the engineering, construction, foodservice, manufacturing, and chemical industries. During her 15-year tenure with a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Bonnie led HR as the company grew from 700 to 7,500 employees and expanded into 100 countries.

A veteran of the AEC industry, Bonnie is passionate about helping high-growth organizations attract top talent and build cultures where team members can meet their maximum potential. She believes that people are the essence of business and strives to promote a culture where people can contribute at their maximum potential — working alongside leadership to source, recruit, hire, onboard, engage, train, coach, and mentor team members to perform their personal best.
