In March 2023, Gallagher merged with Cumming Group, bringing together complementary strengths under a shared vision. Founded in 1968 by Von Gallagher and Lisa Gallagher, Gallagher is a highly trusted, family‑owned project and program management firm serving independent school districts, higher education institutions, and government agencies across Texas. Effective May 2026, Cumming Gallagher is the unified Texas brand of Cumming Group and Gallagher Construction Company.
BTTC, an infrastructure consultancy specializing in rail and energy markets, merged with Cumming Group in 2024. Established in 2016, BTTC focuses on the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the UK and Canada. The firm has built a strong reputation providing critical program management, commercial management, and strategic advisory services for some of the industry’s largest and fastest-growing transportation agencies across the public and private sectors.
World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS), a leader in program, project, construction, and design management for large-scale, complex semiconductor projects, merged with Cumming Group in 2025. Founded in 2017, WWPS partners with top microchip manufacturers to provide facility construction management, tool and equipment installation, and business intelligence services for the onshoring of foundries across North America.
Founded in 1992, Seneca Group is a premier real estate advisory and development management firm. Headquartered in Seattle with additional offices in Nashville and Washington, D.C., Seneca Group has guided marquee clients through complex projects across the corporate, healthcare, and education sectors. In October 2025, Seneca Group merged with Cumming Group.
LeftField is a leading owner’s project management consultancy based in New England. Founded in 2007, LeftField has built a strong reputation as the market leading owner’s project manager in the K–12 education sector, with additional experience in higher education, life sciences, and municipal projects. LeftField merged with Cumming Group in October 2025.
Vidaurri Management Group (VMG), a Fort Worth–based owner’s representation and project management firm, merged with Cumming Group in February 2026. Founded in 2016, VMG delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including municipal, K-12/higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, entertainment, hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, and corporate. VMG is led by Co-Founder Jon Vidaurri, who brings more than 40 years of experience in the built environment, during which he has managed a wide range of programs shaping the DFW Metroplex – from hospitals and police stations to shopping centers and mixed-use developments.
Founded in 1999, RGD Project Management is an 81-person firm specializing in owner’s representation, advisory services, and construction management for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. With over 2,200 projects delivered, the firm is known for strong client relationships and reliable execution of complex, schedule-critical life sciences programs. RGD merged with Cumming Group in May 2026.
