Cumming Group is providing quantity surveying services for the refurbishment and extension of 65 Fleet Street, a prime office building located in the heart of London. This project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of the existing structure, coupled with the addition of four additional storeys to enhance the building’s capacity and functionality. The underused office building will be retrofitted and transformed to deliver over 850 rooms, strategically located close to the London School of Economics (LSE) and King’s College London, meeting the growing demand for high-quality accommodation within the higher education sector.

The redevelopment will reuse and retain the majority of the building’s original structure, resulting in a highly energy-efficient building that combines modern functionality with environmental responsibility.
