We were appointed to provide Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Supervision, and FF&E Procurement services for the prominent 4-star hotel situated on the outskirts of Düsseldorf.
The renovation project encompassed a comprehensive refurbishment of the hotel’s 375 guest rooms and all public areas. Our role involved managing the renovation process, from initial planning and budgeting to overseeing construction activities and procuring furniture, fixtures, and equipment to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction. We carried out a full Masterplan refurbishment of the hotel in 2002 and are currently working on the latest renovation.
