Cumming Group were appointed to oversee Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Supervision, FF&E, and Procurement services for a prestigious project located in the heart of Paris, amidst iconic landmarks like the Musée du Louvre, the Comédie-Française, Palais Garnier, and Palais Royal.  The project includes a complete redesign of 164 rooms and suites, showcasing the hotel’s original Parisian style. Notably, the hotel features the Brasserie du Louvre, the first Parisian establishment of ‘Brasserie Bocuse’, enhancing its culinary offerings and cultural appeal in the vibrant city. 

Our responsibilities encompassed ensuring the seamless execution of the renovation, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction activities and sourcing furnishings and equipment.
