The renovation project, led by London-based interior design studio Sagrada, focused on revitalising 130 guestrooms and 39 suites. This endeavour aimed to introduce modern amenities and luxurious furnishings while preserving the historical essence and unique charm of the building. ​Our role involved ensuring that all aspects of the renovation align with the client’s vision and high standards, from overseeing construction activities to managing procurement processes for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, maintaining architectural integrity while integrating state-of-the-art amenities that cater to the expectations of discerning travellers.
