A CHF 21 million redevelopment of a Swiss Grand Hotel. The hotel was upgraded to a contemporary style to include 72 rooms and suites and a new spa was created in a new basement level below the existing hotel. 

Cumming Group was commissioned to provide the cost and project management, site supervision, FF&E and OSE procurement works for the complete refurbishment of this presitgious hotel.
