Dublin – Sept. 10, 2021 – Making the merger official earlier this month, Cumming, an international project management and cost consultancy announced that Scollard Doyle will be joining the firm’s growing international team of construction professionals. By adding one of Ireland’s leading independent cost management and project management firms, Cumming will be able to continue to expand its presence throughout the EMEA market.
