Cumming Group served as the owner’s representative and provided project management services for the 97,000 sq ft ground-up development located in the art hub of Wedgewood-Houston in Nashville, TN. The project also included rehabilitation and conversion of three vintage structures that were formerly a May Hosiery factory into a boutique hotel, private club, and collaborative office space. The members-only property features 47 bedrooms, a house kitchen, performance space, fitness club, swimming pool, yoga terrace, and a state-of-the-art screening room.
