As a senior cost professional with 18 years of experience, Jacob provides accurate and reliable estimates at each stage of project design, and possesses a wealth of knowledge in value engineering, change order analysis, negotiations, and quality assurance.
Sectors in which Jacob possesses significant experience include healthcare, education, hospitality, corporate, gaming, and government/municipal. Some of his most noteworthy projects include the Mayo Clinic and Arizona Biltmore hotel in Arizona, the Hard Rock Hotel and Veterans Administration Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Li Ka Shing Center for Biomedical and Health Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley. His work in these sectors includes projects with values up to $2.5 billion.
