On Tuesday 9th January 2024, our Manchester and Stoke offices held an insightful open forum discussion and training session on Life Cycle Costing (LCC), exploring how this process can unlock avenues to realistic targets tailored to meet each client’s needs.
LCC is the process of compiling all the costs the asset will incur over its lifespan. These costs include the initial investment, future additional investments, annually recurring costs, and salvage or disposal costs and is a requirement under BREEAM.

- Required utilities and management costs
- Discounted costs
- Design option appraisals
- Final reporting.
