Mark D. Fergus FRICS to Serve as Southern California RICS Chairman

Los Angeles – (Sept. 9, 2016) – Cumming, an international construction project management and cost consulting firm, announced that its Regional Director Mark D. Fergus FRICS was recently confirmed as the new Chair of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Southern California Chapter.

The RICS regulates and promotes the profession; maintains the highest educational and professional standards; protects clients and consumers via a strict code of ethics; and provides impartial advice and guidance. Fergus, a chartered Quantity Surveyor, has been providing program and portfolio management, contract administration, project controls and cost estimating services for the international construction industry since 1991 and has worked in senior positions with consulting, development and contracting firms. As a Regional Director for Cumming, he is based in Los Angeles and is responsible for the overall delivery of cost management services to the firm’s growing client base within the Southwestern United States.
