Cumming Group served as the owner’s representative and project manager for this confidential hotel development in Las Vegas, known as “LV Tower 52.” The project included the construction of 90 upscale timeshare units within the hotel tower, along with amenities such as the owner’s lounge, VIP check-in area, lobby refurbishment, elevator expansions, and enhancements to the property’s iconic pylon sign.

One of the primary challenges faced by Cumming Group was the necessity to meet the deadline in time for the 2023 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, all while working within an occupied building. This required meticulous planning, streamlined coordination, and execution to ensure minimal disruptions to guests and ongoing operations. Cumming Group managed logistics constraints, including limited on-site storage space and the intricate installation of a tower crane, all while maintaining a clear line of communication with all project stakeholders.

Despite these delivery challenges, Cumming Group assisted this confidential hotel brand in successfully steering the project, accelerating the timeline to achieve construction completion by October 2023, well ahead of the initial 2024 deadline.
