Hutong Miami is a high-end Chinese restaurant concept with both indoor and outdoor dining. Cumming Group served as the Owner Representative for Aqua Restaurant Group, the restaurant owner based in London and Hong Kong. Cumming Group oversaw the design and construction of a 6,500-square-foot restaurant and bar located on Brickell Avenue in Miami, FL. The restaurant’s special features include twenty-foot lattice screens, a custom-made imported Chinese feature wall comprising Chinese doors, imported Chinese bricks, and roof tiles.
