HMC Maui selected Cumming Group to provide complete construction management services for its new 12-story tower consisting of 131 luxury timeshare units. With an oceanfront location, this property complements the adjacent world-class Hyatt Regency Resort; in addition to the units, the development includes a sales center, site amenities (pools, water features, lush landscape), and infrastructure improvements. The project broke ground in August 2012.
