SoHum Health engaged Cumming Group to provide cost management services for a new healthcare campus in Garberville, California. The project includes the ground-up construction of a 31,500-square-foot hospital, anticipated to be a two-story facility, along with extensive site development. The scope also includes a new two-story, 10,800-square-foot medical office building, with the second floor delivered as a full shell for future build-out. In addition, the project incorporates minor renovation work to an existing historic schoolhouse on the site. The project is anticipated to be complete in 2028.
