Our Waco team offers Cumming Group’s full suite of services to clients throughout Waco and the surrounding Texas Triangle region. The team’s expertise includes project management, agency construction management and owner representation, and scheduling and project controls to clients in the hospitality, healthcare, higher education, industrial, multi-family residential, and K-12 sectors. Our K-12 support is delivered by Gallagher Construction Services, the leading provider of agency construction management for education across Texas, which merged with Cumming Group in 2023.

The team is led locally by Brian Nicholson, the founder of Intrepid Development Group, which also joined with Cumming Group in 2023.
