Cumming Group is providing enhanced project monitoring services for a major lender, including ongoing monthly reporting and full due diligence up to the loan agreement signing. This spectacular high rise is a 900-foot, 70-story building housing 385 condominiums.  As the first residential building in the new Hudson Yards area in New York City, it will be adjacent to the High Line and connected to Culture Shed, New York City’s new avant-garde cultural facility.  15 Hudson Yards was designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and David Rockwell in collaboration with Ismael Leyva Architects.
