Developer Vanbarton Group engaged Cumming Group as one of the first consultants on 15 Laight Street,  a conversion of two existing buildings into a new, Class-A 100,000 sq. ft. boutique office building targeting LEED Gold Certification. Since 2017, we have managed the project on Vanbarton’s behalf, leading consultant selection and providing on-site leadership. Upon completion, the building will also feature a seamless indoor/outdoor space with a terrace and accessible rooftop with views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.
