805 Lea is a premier mixed-use project in Nashville’s SoBro district. The 27-story, 355,000-sq.-ft. residential tower features 357 private residences, an amenity level with a shared workspace lounge, a fitness center, and an outdoor space with a pool. It also offers ground-level retail space and a sky deck furnished with a kitchen, restrooms, and outdoor patio. The Cumming team has played an instrumental role in the pre-construction phase, including guiding the owner through the contract and helping negotiate a final guaranteed maximum price with the general contractor. Cumming will continue to oversee the construction process by providing construction administration services and oversight for the entire project team. This $100 million project was completed in 2021.
