This project was one of five Key Transport Corridors identified in the Northern Ireland Regional Transport Strategy and comprised of an 86km dual carriageway between Derry and Aughnacloy. The scheme is the largest single contract to be procured in Northern Ireland.

ChandlerKBS provided a full cost management service from compilation of early budgets to costing options throughout the design development, and assisted in developing the procurement strategy, production of the tender documentation, and tender evaluations, and drafted the recommendation report for DRD Roads Service.
