Located on the corner of Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street, Dublin 2, this new building boasts c11,500 sq. m of modern, Grade A office space and accommodates 1,000+ employees. Scollard Doyle also provided professional services to AIB for a number of other projects, including AIB, 2 Heuston South Quarter (5,300 q. m/7 floors plus 2 basement levels) and their Burlington Road space (6,835 sq. m / 6 floors and 1 basement level.
