Archdiocese of New York, Multiple Locations, NY

The Archdiocese of New York (ADNY) covers over 300 Roman Catholic parishes across the counties of New York, the Bronx, Richmond, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester. Their properties range from parish and rectory facilities to schools, community centers and other multi-use institutional buildings.

The relationship with ADNY dates back to 2007 when Zubatkin Owner Representation, a Cumming Group Company, was engaged to manage the interior and exterior restoration of St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Seeing the value that was added in developing a more efficient way to deliver the Cathedral project, ADNY asked the team to evaluate their overall approach to their capital improvement projects and general facilities maintenance needs. As a result of the findings of this study, Zubatkin has been engaged to oversee all of ADNY’s major capital projects for its real estate portfolio.

This longstanding relationship with ADNY has provided a comprehensive set of owner’s representation services. To effectively support ADNY, the team has leveraged their full suite of resources, including in-house technical expertise, project controls systems and contract management capabilities.
