Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management Services for the Cat A and Cat B fit-out of Avolon’s new global HQ located at Building 1, Number One Ballsbridge, Shelbourne Rd, Ballsbridge, Dublin, 4. An iconic building that leads the way in workplace environments, the headquarters space comprises of approximately 7,500 sq. m of Grade A office accommodation.

The 7-story building took just under 9 months to complete and is designed to the highest specification, catering for 300+ employees. Building 1 enjoys a south-facing orientation and the 2.8m floor-to-ceiling glass ensures that the office space is flooded with natural light. The double-height light-filled atrium is home to a striking bespoke spiral jet pendant, a spectacular feature to admire upon entering the building.
