Cumming provided schematic phase cost estimating services for this retail mall conversion project. The scope of work included the conversion, expansion, and renovation of an existing mall into a new retail center. Phase one involved the demolition of 132,000 square feet of existing space, 150,000 square feet of new construction, extensive interior remodeling, parking lot improvements and sitework. Estimates included costs for all required interior and exterior building components and systems. The $16 million project was completed in 2004.
