We are currently providing project management services on the development of various Bloomberg facilities in the New York and New Jersey area. This includes the 200,000 sq. ft. restack of 919 Third Avenue and the phased renovation of the Skillman campus in Princeton, NJ. Additionally, we provided Strategic Advisory Services for the core and shell of 731 Lexington, the global headquarters of Bloomberg.
