Encompassing over 116,000 square feet, the newly acquired space aligns with the firm’s Net Zero Investment Consultants Initiative—a commitment to reducing emissions throughout their operational activities.

Cumming Group played a crucial role in early and accurate budget development, meticulous schedule assembly, strict schedule adherence, expanded pre-construction/pre-purchasing, and assistance in all phases of construction. Faced with several challenges as the first tenant in the new mixed-use tower, our team’s dashboards and reports served as early warning signs. With effective communication and extensive expertise, we proactively addressed and remedied issues, ultimately delivering a successful project for our client on time and under budget.
