Cumming’s team of cultural and entertainment construction experts provided project management services for the major renovation of two theatres at the Denver Center for Performing Arts. The Singleton Theatre and Wolf Theatre were successfully completed despite an unprecedented couple of years and a construction market significantly disrupted by COVID-19. The Singleton Theatre, formerly the Ricketson Theatre, is an intimate 200-seat proscenium theatre. The Wolf Theatre, formerly the Stage Theatre, has a revised seating arrangement with increased accessible seating that can accommodate 600 guests. The project was completed in 2021.
