BusConnects Dublin is the National Transport Authority’s programme to enhance bus services across the Dublin region. The aim is to deliver an enhanced bus system, better for the city, its people and the environment by offering a more reliable and efficient service for everyone.

BusConnects Dublin aims to overhaul the current bus system by redesigning and constructing a network of 12 core bus corridors (122km) from urban centres in the greater Dublin area to the city centre. The project also includes state-of-the-art ticketing, cashless payments, simple fare structures and improved non-motorised user facilities.

ChandlerKBS, the infrastructure division of Cumming Group, has provided a range of cost management services to the National Transport Authority since 2018, including cost estimating, optioneering, cost analysis and risk management.
