Cumming Group served as the owner’s representative for eGenesis, a biotechnology company in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Our team was responsible for providing project and move management services for the construction of two floors totaling 57,000 sq ft. The development consisted of both a life sciences laboratory and office space. The 8,000 sq ft lab included 16 dedicated rooms, a chemical waste storage area, and general supply storage. More than 320 pieces of lab equipment were tagged for inventory and moved during a phased transfer execution to minimize disruption to daily operations and critical science.
