Cumming is providing project and cost management services on FatFace’s first stores in the United States ahead of its significant growth period into the U.S. market. FatFace is a U.K.-based lifestyle clothing brand seeking to further expand into the United States and Cumming is providing guidance on means and methods to ensure a successful and seamless transition. With its first stores opening in Portland, Maine, and Lynnfield, Massachusetts, Cumming is involved in all pre-construction and post-contract needs including but not limited to procurement of full design and construction teams, project controls, budgets, and contract procedures.
