The Fifty Avon is an 8-storey office building built in 1996 in Frankfurt’s Westend. It is centrally located and easily accessible from the city centre or from the main train station on Mainzer Landstraße in Frankfurt’s banking district, where it stands out directly with its long curved glass and steel façade. All upper floors of this 20,842 m2 building are connected by a large light-flooded atrium from the rooftop gardens to the entrance level.  

 The property has generous 2,600m² floor plates and excellent space efficiency providing excellent flexibility, a criteria which was looked at within the scope of our TDD remit. We were commissioned by a fund managed by Europa Capital.
