Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management and Project Management services for the redevelopment of Founders District, Dublin 4 (formally known as Belfield Office Park). The project included the significant extension, recladding, and refurbishment of three six-story office buildings, which will provide open-plan modern corporate headquarters offices. Work took place on Blocks 1, 2 and 3 and included building extensions, a new façade, atrium, and fully refurbished cores.

Work on the Campus Masterplan scheme of the project involved the refurbishment of all external areas surrounding the buildings at the office park and the refurbishment office blocks.
