Cumming Group provided project management services for this 774,330-sq.-ft. renovation of the existing 35-floor World Trade Tower in New Orleans, which includes a 341-key Four Seasons hotel, luxury condominium units, and more. Owners of the fully serviced condo units enjoy access to all of the hotel’s amenities, which include an outdoor roof deck pool (located on a new five-floor podium steel structure), spa facilities, a gym, and concierge and valet services. Tthe renovated building includes two restaurants, both of which are run by the hotel, as well as public observatory space on the top two levels. The project was completed in April 2021.
