Known for its pet-friendly policy, Graduate Nashville features playful guest rooms decorated in the style of a historical, floral jewelry box. Located just a short stroll from Vanderbilt University, the 203-room hotel includes a lobby coffee shop, 8,700 square feet of meeting and event space, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, a karaoke bar, and a rooftop bar with views of midtown and downtown. The hotel, which opened in December 2019, was designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture with AJ Capital Partners, a Chicago-based real estate developer, serving as the general contractor.
