Cumming Group’s London team served as project manager, contract administrator, and quantity surveyor on this cutting-edge, high-end department store fit-out. Designed by the award-winning Virgile & Partners, the new Harvey Nichols store at the Mailbox development in Birmingham is a leading regional destination for fashion, beauty, and food. This fast-tracked project, which was delivered to the highest standards, presented numerous challenges. The team rose to the occasion and the project was named Best Department Store at the prestigious Retail Interiors Awards for both 2015 and 2016.
