Cumming Group was commissioned to undertake the cost and project management and site supervision for the refurbishment of the Hilton Barcelona.  Works comprised a hard refurbishment of all 290 guestrooms and refurbishment of the public areas.

The hotel closed for six months during the construction works.

The Euro 15.8 million commission was completed on time and on budget.
