ChandlerKBS was commissioned to undertake the cost and project management, site supervision and vendor technical due diligence of the full master plan refurbishment of the Hilton Berlin.

The Euro 22 million commission was a soft refurbishment of all 601 guestrooms, plus the lobby and restaurant refurbishment and the creation of a new executive lounge.

The hotel remained in operation throughout the refurbishment and therefore work was carefully planned in close consultation with the operational requirements of the hotel.
