As Project Manager, Cumming facilitated the successful turnover of the recently completed renovations at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner. The newly renovated hotel, which is located across the street from Hilton’s headquarters in McLean, Virginia, features the company’s latest design concepts and is serving as a flagship for the brand. The $44 million project encompassed renovations to 458 guestrooms, the restaurant, the lobby, a technology lounge, and function spaces. The project also included a full HVAC retrofit.
