ChandlerKBS was commissioned to undertake the cost and project management and site supervision of the full master plan refurbishment of the Hilton Munich City.

The Euro 21 million commission was a full refurbishment of all 483 guestrooms, plus the refurbishment of all public areas, including the creation of a new destination bar Juliet Rose.

The hotel remained in operation throughout the refurbishment and therefore work was carefully planned in close consultation with the operational requirements of the hotel.
